After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes: ➤ Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) ➤ $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone — and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. ➤ Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability. Unfortunately, same-day requests can’t be accommodated. Please note that there is no traditional indoor dining or lounge area. The balcony provides a small relaxation space with a coffee table, two chairs, and a single sofa. 🚗 Please note that there is no dedicated parking space at the property. Guests may park in the driveway, subject to availability. Street parking is also available nearby, with time restrictions during the day and no time limit at night. For longer stays or added convenience, there is a large multi-storey car park right next to the property, with parking fees applicable.

Excellent public transport: Box Hill is a major interchange with frequent Metro suburban trains, an adjoining bus interchange servicing many eastern and outer‑east routes, and several tram routes a short walk away. Taxis and rideshares are readily available; cycling is possible but some main roads are busy. Expect limited on‑street visitor parking near the central precinct and peak congestion around hospital hours.
