Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Beautiful building and apartment. I also loved that when we couldn’t find the glassware, the property manager delivered glasses the next morning. Incredible service. The couch was not comfortable. A queen size bed would’ve been more suitable for a couple. No full length mirror and we weren’t advised that the balcony window wasn’t functional before the stay.

A beautiful home. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The Host was wonderful. Would highly recommend for families. The Greenbank gridlocked traffic caused delays with communting anywhere during the morning or evenings.

Having to leave luggage at casino and traverse to collect keys was most inconvenient, and I had to pay $20 for the casino to store my bags for 15 minutes- really inconvenient. As above.

The house was clean and crisp. The house has been well cared for. The air-conditioning was amazing. The area was quiet and the neighbour's friendly. Just a couple of small maintenance issues that once communicated were appreciated and acted on. Lovely host who communicates promptly.

Great location. Amazing views. New apartment with all the items you need in the kitchen. Easy to pick up the key locally (a loading zone with 2 min time limit outside the shop on a pretty quiet street). Great communication with the owner. N/A

The communication we received was amazing with clear instructions. The location was great especially to see a show at the Lyric theatre. Walking distance to local restaurants and the Casino. It was all good.

We had an incredible stay at this 'Waterfront Wonderland' with a group of 10, and it was the perfect choice! The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and the views over the water are even better in person. The customer service was standout—the owner was exceptionally fast to reply to all our queries, making the whole process stress-free. Location-wise, it’s a winner; it’s super close to the theme parks and an easy 30-minute drive from the Gold Coast airport. We spent so much time by that gorgeous pool! We honestly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! The house had a few issues but it didnt affect our stay too much. The coffee machine wasnt working and the second machine which we were told wasnt actually there. We had very bad pans but the owner same day changed them for us so it wasnt a big problem.

Location was amazing, so close to everything we wanted to do. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Facilities were great, plus complimentary free parking! Instructions picking up keys, to getting to park and into apartment was seamless. Will deffinatly be comming back

Within the star complex and connections to casino and entertainment deck. Walking distance to Southbank and the city . Check in was simple staff and was very friendly and helpful It would be a plus to have an extra towel
