Location, comfortable beds, nice shower water pressure, easy of access, smooth check in/out Dirty smudges on one of the blinds. Only free to air tv- we were unable to connect to Netflix No egg flip for pancakes…we improvised with a good old fashioned pan flip.

Everything about the stay was incredible. From the perfect location, to the extremely tidy and clean apartment. Instructions for our check in and check out couldn't have been more clean or helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay because of the host and would definitely stay again. There's nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The property was clean and comfortable for our stay, modern with plenty of space. Lovely views. We really enjoyed our time here. Location was pretty good only a short 5-10 min walk to local bars and restaurants, the beach and public transport. The host was easy to communicate with making things super easy when we were unsure of something. We would definitely stay here again We did struggle initially to find the correct doors and elevators to get to the room. but that is also not surprising in such a big place with many buildings and lots of different entrances. Some more cooking utensils like a spatula and tongs would have been great too

The location is great, close to Surfer Paradise and Pacific Fair, easy and fast to Theme Parks. The house is luxury with a modern air conditioning system and well-equipped kitchen. The view from living room and kitchen is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. None

Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Beautiful building and apartment. I also loved that when we couldn’t find the glassware, the property manager delivered glasses the next morning. Incredible service. The couch was not comfortable. A queen size bed would’ve been more suitable for a couple. No full length mirror and we weren’t advised that the balcony window wasn’t functional before the stay.

A beautiful home. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The Host was wonderful. Would highly recommend for families. The Greenbank gridlocked traffic caused delays with communting anywhere during the morning or evenings.

Having to leave luggage at casino and traverse to collect keys was most inconvenient, and I had to pay $20 for the casino to store my bags for 15 minutes- really inconvenient. As above.

The house was clean and crisp. The house has been well cared for. The air-conditioning was amazing. The area was quiet and the neighbour's friendly. Just a couple of small maintenance issues that once communicated were appreciated and acted on. Lovely host who communicates promptly.

The communication we received was amazing with clear instructions. The location was great especially to see a show at the Lyric theatre. Walking distance to local restaurants and the Casino. It was all good.
