Having to leave luggage at casino and traverse to collect keys was most inconvenient, and I had to pay $20 for the casino to store my bags for 15 minutes- really inconvenient. As above.

Beautiful home, simple, free of clutter and have all the basic necessity. Helen is very responsive and quick to respond (when an AC wasn't working). The place is bright, well-ventilated and at a convenient location. We love the local fish and chips shop, the morning coffees at a selection of cafes nearby. All instructions were clear, access was easy, double carparks convenient. Thank you for having us.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The views are truly bucket list worthy and made the experience so special. The apartment was spotless and close to everything we needed, which made getting around so easy. The house was clean and crisp. The house has been well cared for. The air-conditioning was amazing. The area was quiet and the neighbour's friendly. Just a couple of small maintenance issues that once communicated were appreciated and acted on. Lovely host who communicates promptly.

Helen's place was exactly as listed. Very clean apartment and toilets. The view from the apartment was amazing, you could see the mountain ranges of the Scenic Rim. Surfers' Paradise is closeby and within walking distance, with lots of options for restaurants, cafes, some shopping, and more importantly the beach. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, with no hiccups on my end. Helen was very responsive and proactive before and throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth for us. Street parking was relatively easy to find, and also free for overnight parking. We were here during the Good Friday holiday and managed to find a space near the apartment when we came in late. Overall, I recommend Helen's place if you are looking to stay in Gold Coast for your holidays!

Amazing view, would have liked the big window in the lounge to open but understand it could have been b locked for safety reasons. Overall a great place to stay.

We (family of 4) had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Queen Wharf Residences in Brisbane! The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Communication with Helen was excellent, quick, friendly, and very easy throughout our stay. Everything we needed was handled immediately. The location is perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view from the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property was exactly as described on this listing. It was spacious, well lit and had a beautiful view of the waters. Our group of 8 were very comfortable moving around in the space. Quiet neighborhood that was a short drive away from necessities. The host, Helen, was friendly and responsive in answering any queries we had. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Very glad to have stayed at Helen's beautiful home. Very roomy and all the amenities we needed. Also very responsive and helpful with us, and made sure we felt at home So helpful with us about a late checkout and that was very much appreciated. Thank you Helen! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
